The PilotGreen project develops new and innovative green infrastructure solutions by testing them in collaboration with businesses, cities, and city residents.
During two sunny days at the beginning of June, we explored various urban blue-green solutions in both Copenhagen (on foot and by bus) and Malmö (by bike). The tour provided a great opportunity to see firsthand how different green infrastructure practices are being implemented in urban settings, from stormwater management systems to green roofs and sustainable public spaces. It was a productive and inspiring experience, fostering valuable discussions on how these solutions can be adapted and scaled up in other cities.
